Toledo may seem like a small city before you visit but be forewarned! The city is on a hill and streets are like a maze. You will spend a decent amount of your time walking from spot to spot. Speaking of which, there are lots of things to see in Toledo.
Everytime you enter most of the buildings, you have to pay an entrance fee. We found out about the Toledo tourist bracelet the day before we visited. The question that we kept asking ourselves was whether the Toledo bracelet was worth it. We couldn’t find that answer online and everything indicated that we should get it. So we did.
Now overall we had a great experience with a few hiccups which I will talk about in a bit so stay tuned.

Toledo Tourist Bracelet Cost
The Toledo tourist bracelet costs $13.15 and can be bought online. This is exactly what we did. All that you have to do once you reach the city is collect it. A pretty seamless process. You can also just reserve the Toledo tourist bracelet and pay for it when you collect it.
Where To Collect Your Bracelet
Collecting the bracelet can be tricky if you are directionally challenged like me. Hahahaa… Once you buy/ reserve your Toledo tourist bracelet, you will be sent a location. All you have to do is head to it to collect it.
The good thing about the location is the fact that it is in the Real Colegio Doncellas Nobles. This is your first stop along the way.
What Is Included With The Toledo Tourist Bracelet
The Toledo tourist bracelet includes 7 attractions in Toledo. You will find that by visiting all 7 attractions, you will actually save a bit because the cost of visiting each individual attraction costs more than all of them combined under the bracelet.
- Royal College of Noble Maidens
- Church of El Savador
- Mosque of Cristo de la Luz
- Synagogue of Santa Maria la Blanca
- Church of the Jesuits
- Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes
- Church of Santo Tome
One thing that I really should mention is that you should do your own research on Toledo before visiting. Do not rely solely on the Toledo Tourist bracelet because it does not take you to all the important sites in the city.
The Toledo cathedral is one of the important examples. We almost missed it! Thankfully Shawn had listed everything he wanted to see and the Toledo cathedral was high on the list. We would have really missed out if we had skipped the cathedral.
“The bracelet is definitely worth buying. You can pick up the physical bracelet in one of the 7 locations of your choice (no longer necessary to go to the meeting point). You have won the price you paid as soon as you visit 3 locations. it is really worth the money, count on 4 to 5 hours to visit everything at your leisure. In addition to these locations, you should definitely make time to visit the cathedral (ticket sales opposite the entrance to the cathedral, incl. audio guides). To visit the cathedral you can easily count on 2 hours. Finally, you also have Alcazar where you can enter for free.”

How To Use The Toledo Tourist Bracelet
Using the Toledo tourist bracelet is pretty easy. All that you have to do is scan it at the entrance of each attraction. This really saves time (and money) when it comes to entering different attractions in the city.
The best part is that you can enter the attractions a total of three times. It is great if you want to revisit any place. We did not have time or energy to do them more than once.
The bracelet is hooked around your wrist with a ribbon and a clasp. You cannot remove it without cutting it. It makes sure that you do not lose your pass and is pretty convenient.
Note: We did have an issue with the Toledo tourist bracelet though. After the first attraction, our pass seemed to malfunction. Every time we tried to scan the Toledo tourist bracelet at an attraction, it would throw an error.
The scanning is done manually so we were just allowed to walk through with no issue at all locations.
What Isn’t Included With The Toledo Tourist Bracelet
Like I mentioned before, there is a lot that is not included with the Toledo tourist bracelet. I mistakenly believed that it covered all the top attractions in the city BUT it does not. I cannot emphasize this enough.
Among the numerous smaller attractions, the Toledo cathedral is not included under this bracelet. Make sure that you add it to your list of things to do in Toledo because it is one of the most beautiful and iconic structures in the city.
Check The Toledo Tourist Bracelet Availability
I guess by now you’ve got a gist of what the Toledo bracelet is all about. If you are curious about the costs and availability depending on your group size you can check it out right now. Its super quick! Don’t forget that boking your tickets in advance is always a good idea because of the sheer number of people that visit Toledo every day.
Is The Toledo Tourist Bracelet Worth It?
Despite the fact that the bracelet does not cover all the attractions in the city, I would still buy the bracelet if I had to do everything again. It is a great way to see some of the structures in the city that would otherwise have been very costly if we added them up individually.
The Toledo tourist bracelet is great for anyone who has time to walk around the city. If you hit the city for just an hour or two, I would recommend just heading to one or two of the attractions on the list. Not because the others are not worth seeing but because you will also spend quite a good deal of time getting to the attractions.
